TERMS OF SALE

By placing an order with Harry's Coin Shop, you are (i) offering to purchase a product, (ii) representing that you are of legal age to form a binding contract, and (iii) representing that all information you provide to us in connection with such order is true and accurate and you are an authorized user of the payment method provided. The receipt by you of an order confirmation does not constitute Harry's Coin Shop's acceptance of an order. We retain the right to refuse any request made by you.

Prior to Harry's Coin Shop's acceptance of an order, verification of information may be required. Harry's Coin Shop reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order, or any portion thereof, even after your receipt of an order confirmation from Harry's Coin Shop, for any reason whatsoever. Harry's Coin Shop reserves the right to limit the number of items ordered and to refuse service to you without prior notification. In the event that an item lists an incorrect price, either due to typographical or other error, Harry's Coin Shop shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such order placed for the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order is being or has been processed. If payment has already been made or if your account has already been charged for the purchase and the order is canceled, Harry's Coin Shop shall credit your account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Return and Refund Policy

At Harry's Coin Shop, we strive to provide a fair and transparent return policy while protecting our business from exploitation. We want to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases, and we're committed to resolving any issues promptly.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted on Numismatic non-bullion coins within 7 days of delivery. All sales are final on bullion items; returns are not accepted.

Return Policy Abuse Prevention

We track and analyze return activity to prevent exploitation of our return policy. Customers exhibiting excessive return behavior may be flagged for review, potentially leading to revocation of standard return privileges, account status review, or service refusal at our discretion.

Initiating a Return

Condition for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, with tags attached, certificates included, and packaging intact.

Return Requirements

Please note that you will be responsible for shipping the item back via a tracked mail carrier, and we do not reimburse for return postage. All refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment, and shipping costs are not refundable. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Address Corrections

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please alert us immediately. We can only accommodate address changes before your order ships. Please note that we cannot provide refunds for address corrections received after the order has been dispatched to the original address.

Incorrect Orders

If we made a mistake in your order, please notify us of the issue immediately for verification. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
